On every product page you’ll see the current availability, the stock location, and future availability so you can order your solar PV, storage, or heating system and receive delivery the next working day. Clever forecasting, over 20 years of experience in renewable energy has given our team the ability to ensure we have all the stock you need, when you want it, so you can complete your projects on time.

Yes, you can find everything online 24/7 – there’s a wealth of information on the Segen customer portal from brochures, datasheets, product specifications, installation manuals, warranty documents, guides, design tools and configurators. Live stock levels, quotes and account information, invoices and design tools, the portal has it all!

Also, Segen customers are assigned dedicated team members to assist with everything they need. There’s a Sales Manager who has a huge amount of product and industry knowledge, and the Order Processor who handles the logistics of the deliveries and makes sure they go smoothly. There’s a Technical Support Engineer on hand to help with any before, during, and post installation enquiries, and for any finance enquiries there’s an expert on hand to keep accounts on track.

There are warranties available on all Segen products, and you can find out more and download warranty documents on the customer portal product pages.

Often free extended warranties are available if products are registered online with manufacturers but also, extended warranties are available to purchase from Segen or the manufacturer directly, offering peace of mind to installer and system owner.

There are always great package deals available from Segen with discounts on inverters, batteries and accessories. There’s a Clearance section where you can find end-of-line bargains, and you’ll find special offers from our top manufacturers on this page.

Also, there’s a 30-day price lock on quotes!

Yes, you can collect orders from our warehouse in Medway, Kent in the southeast of England. Whatever size it might be from a set of stickers to a container of modules.

Timed Deliveries Launch and Free Hub Collections Available

We’re giving you more control over how and when you receive your orders. Timed deliveries are launching from our Swindon Transport Hub, with a wider rollout planned, while free customer collection continues across our nationwide hub network.

Whether you need priority morning delivery or prefer to collect at a time that suits you, we have you covered.

UPDATE: 27th February 2025 — Pre-10:30 Deliveries Expanded Nationwide!

Following the successful launch of our pre-10:30 timed deliveries from the Swindon hub, we are excited to announce that this service is expanding to four more transport hubs across the UK.

Due to fantastic customer feedback and high demand, installers served by our Leeds, Telford, Peterborough, and Medway hubs can now access priority morning delivery slots.

Key Dates:
  • Friday 27th February: Pre-10:30 options will appear on eligible customer portals.
  • Monday 2nd March: The first expanded pre-10:30 deliveries will commence.
New Hubs & Postcodes Covered:

The pre-10:30 service is now available for the following areas:

  • Leeds: BD, BB, BL, DN, HD, HG, HU, HX, LS, PR (Except 8 & 9), S, WF.
  • Medway (Segen Warehouse): BN, BR, CT, DA, ME, RH, TN.
  • Peterborough: CM, CO, EN, IG, LE (15 & 16), LU, MK, NN, PE1-8, PE9-38, RM, SG, SS.
  • Telford: B, CV, CW, DE, DY, HR, LE (except 15 & 16), M, OL, PR (8 & 9), SK, ST, TF, WN, WR, WS, WV.
  • Swindon (Ongoing): BA, BS, DT, GL, KT, OX, RG, SN, SP, TA.

All other areas can continue to select our reliable pre-1:00pm or standard Next-Day service (excluding Highlands and Islands).

Timed Deliveries

Back by popular demand, timed deliveries are launching from our Swindon Transport Hub and will roll out to areas surrounding our other hubs throughout the year.

From 16th February, customers in Zones 1 & 2 around Swindon (see map below) can book a pre-10:30am delivery, while all other zones can book a pre-1:00pm delivery.

Please note:
• Pre-10:30am delivery: £75
• Pre-1:00pm delivery: £45
• There are limited slots available

If timed delivery is available in your area, you’ll be able to select this option when placing your order via the portal.

Booking opens 16th February.

This pre-10:30 delivery service is rolling out to our other transport hubs – Leeds, Telford, Peterborough, Edinburgh, the Southwest, and Medway (Kent). Keep an eye out here on the portal, in our newsletter and on our social media channels.

Customer Collection Service

Prefer to collect your order? Free collection remains available from our strategically located hubs in Leeds, Edinburgh, Telford, Swindon, Medway, Peterborough, and Dublin.

Due to increased demand:
• Orders are capped at two pallets
• DPD deliveries are excluded from this service

Got empty pallets taking up space? You’re welcome to return all undamaged pallets when collecting your order — free of charge.
