Segen Appoints David Hope as Managing Director for UK & Ireland

Segen, the UK’s leading distributor of solar PV, energy storage, and EV charging solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Hope as Managing Director for the UK and Ireland.

David joins Segen from SIG plc, where he most recently served as Managing Director of the Construction Accessories and Specialist Markets divisions. With over 25 years in construction and distribution, David has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, commercial growth, and large-scale strategic transformation.

David succeeds Spencer Conday, who steps down after a successful tenure leading Segen through a period of significant market expansion.

David Hope’s appointment is effective immediately. He will focus on reinforcing Segen’s commitment to its dedicated consumer base and expanding the company’s portfolio of innovative residential and commercial energy solutions.
