POSTX & Segen in Leeds!
The team celebrated the first zero-emission, last-mile POSTX delivery from Leeds on Monday.
Monday 2nd June was a special day for the Segen and POSTX teams as a lot of hard work and collaboration resulted in the first ever POSTX delivery of renewables from Segen in the north of England.
This expansion to West Yorkshire postcodes BD, LS, HD, and HX joins existing areas of South Central and South East England for residential and small-scale commercial orders.

As you can see in the photo, product is transported in aerodynamically designed pods (box trailers) pulled by electric SUVs, eliminating the need for traditional ICE vans and trucks and providing a seamless, emission-free delivery process. Each electric SUV can cover over three hundred miles on a single charge and can be fully charged in just 20 minutes, ensuring rapid turnaround times.
The low-profile pods are designed to facilitate easy roll-in and roll-out of cargo without the need for forklifts, minimizing the risk of product damage and accelerating the loading and unloading process. While logistics operations uses machine learning models to design, sort, and decide on logistics decisions.
CEO and Founder of POSTX Max Glaisher says, “Every year, around five million delivery trucks clog UK roads—many running far below capacity and spending unnecessary time in transit due to outdated routing methods. These inefficiencies lead to excessive fuel consumption and increased emissions. POSTX offers a game-changing solution: fewer trucks, smarter routes, and better use of existing assets. Our mission is to replace all 3.5T to 7.5T trucks currently on UK roads with pods pulled by electric vehicles, significantly reducing emissions and transforming delivery operations.”
From Jan 30th to 25th April POSTX has covered 109,290 miles saving 467,248 KG C02!
