Introducing the Segen Customer Service Desk
There’s a brand-new team in town!
We are delighted to announce that we’ve launched a brand-new department to help customers with all of their needs and queries. Following feedback from both our customers and internally, Segen have decided to launch our Customer Service Desk.
The Customer Service Desk is essentially a specialist team that are dedicated to improving customer experience. Led by our very own Head of Customer, Steven Wheeler and his exceptional team, the Customer Service Desk holds the sole responsibility of assisting our customers and clients.
The Segen Customer Service Desk will offer general assistance with quotes, orders, and shipping, as well as more specific enquiries about warranties, account changes, product information, pricing, returns and payment queries.
Launching on the 28th of March 2023, we are incredibly excited to introduce this new branch of our ever-expanding business and enhance the overall experience for everyone involved. The Customer Service Desk are on hand to assist with all enquiries.
