Segen is working closely with Wincanton to secure job opportunities for as many of you as possible – either elsewhere within Segen, within the new business operation in Kent, or at one of Wincanton’s many other sites.

Become part of the process and nominate yourself as an Employee Representative. By taking an active part in the process you’ll receive and convey information to colleagues, represent their views, and report back.

Training on duties and responsibilities will be provided to Employee Representatives (four are needed). They will be allowed a reasonable amount of paid time off for training and carrying out of duties.
