The latest addition to the Fox armoury is ready to pre-order, with deliveries coming in this month.
The EPS-BOX-SP is a dedicated whole-home backup gateway that keeps properties powered during grid outages. Designed for Fox ESS single-phase hybrid inverters and AC chargers, it automatically switches between grid and backup power for a seamless supply when needed most. And when the grid returns, it reconnects automatically and resumes normal operation.

Unlike traditional emergency power supply (EPS) units that only run a few sockets, this gateway keeps the entire home running – lights, appliances, heating, and Wi-Fi included.

The changeover happens instantly, so users won’t even notice when the grid goes down. No tripping over in the dark, no resetting devices.

With up to 100A maximum input current, it’s more than capable of powering modern households with high electricity demands.

It’s fully compatible with Fox’s H1-G2, KH, EVO, and PowerQ inverters. Even better – it can be retrofitted to existing systems. Note: not compatible with three-phase inverter systems.
