In this insightful interview, Andrew discovered what Segen is focusing on for 2025 and beyond. The pair discuss “on-time, in-full” deliveries, customer relationships, and team development.
The new warehouse in Kent is playing a pivotal role in decarbonisation and is a hub of innovation and logistics efficiency. No doubt aided by the MDs two decades of logistics experience. Spencer shared that Segen customers in the south of England are already enjoying zero-emission deliveries thanks to the collaboration with tech startup POSTX.
Introducing POSTX pod deliveries to renewables is a firm step illustrating just one of the methods that Segen is playing helping decarbonising the country. Another is by alleviating the shortage of qualified and skilled workers in the industry. To tackle this problem, the Segen Academy was designed to address the skills shortage in solar. Segen is now training up to 1,600 installers annually!
