A NEW BEGINNING

SEGEN ACQUISITION BY CEF PARENT COMPANY, LABORA HOLDINGS.

We are very excited to announce that the proposed acquisition agreement between Segen and Labora Holdings, parent company of City Electrical Factors, has received the relevant regulatory approval and the transaction was completed Wednesday, 6th October 2021. As we previously announced Segen Acquired by CEF Parent Company, Segen will continue to operate as a standalone company performing the same business as we always have. Only now, with the benefit of our new scale and resources, we can begin exploring ways to offer you even more solutions and procurement options.
