School & Community Grants

Segen’s position as part of The Low Carbon Partnership allows our clients access to the Government’s Low Carbon Buildings Programme (LCBP) Phase 2 grants. These cover 50% of the project cost, up to a maximum of £1m. The grants are available for Iskra AT5-1 wind turbine projects and solar PV systems.

Qualifying organisations include:

Schools
Universities and colleges
Hospitals
Local Authorities
Housing associations and trusts
Libraries
Public service organisations
Registered charities
Environmental trusts
Local community groups governed by written constitution
Community amateur sports clubs

A key part of our service is assisting you with all aspects of the LCBP Phase 2 grant application process.

Top-Up Grant Finding Service

In addition to LCBP Phase 2 funding, the Segen School and Community team offer a top-up grant finding service that aims to source additional funding for your project. For a fixed fee (the cost of which is often covered by the grants obtained), we will work to identify local and national grants in order to minimise your capital investment. This service is also available for non-LCBP Phase 2 projects.
