Please read the PV Siting and Solar PV FAQ pages and then try our free system configuration tool to estimate how much energy you could get from a Solar PV system and provide a budgetary price of the various systems we offer, or if you would like someone from Segen to contact you to discuss your requirements.

Segen only uses market leading products, including solar panels from Sharp and Kyocera.

The NU Sharp series of photovoltaic modules is designed for applications with a high power requirement. These monocrystalline quality modules produce a sustained, reliable yield even under demanding deployment conditions.

All Sharp NU series modules offer optimal system integration – both technically and economically – and are suitable for installation in grid-coupled systems.

  • High performance PV modules made of monocrystalline (155.55 mm²) silicon solar cells with module efficiency of up to 14.1%.
  • Bypass diodes to minimise power loss with shading.
  • Use of annealed glass, EVA plastic, weather-protection foil and anodised aluminium frame with water drainage holes for prolonged use.

Kyocera's advanced cell processing technology and automated production facilities produce a highly efficient multicrystalline photovoltaic module.

The conversion efficiency of the Kyocera solar cells reaches up to 16%.

These cells are encapsulated between a tempered glass cover and an EVA pottant with back sheet to provide maximum protection from the severest environmental conditions.

The entire laminate is installed in an anodized aluminium frame to provide structural strength and ease of installation.

Equipped with plug in connectors.

All Segen supplied panels are fully accredited for grants under the Low Carbon Building Program.
